The Kingston Derby Girls are thrilled to announce a new partnership with Constant Growth Athletic Development! These badass fitness instructors will be taking your favourite derby girls’ strength, endurance, and conditioning to the next level through regular training at the Walton Boxing Gym and the Queen’s Athletic Centre. We’ve already started our conditioning classes and our muscles are protesting the new regime — but the soreness will all be worth it for the new fitness we’ll be bringing to the track.
